    Last Year my husband and I used Brownell Lumber to create our floating docks which came out beautiful, I want to be clear Brownell is not the problem, however the contractors used for installation- Floating Dock Shop was a complete Disaster! Joe and his wife Lisa promised to secure docks to shoreline and left them tied to our deck and tree for the summer claiming they would come back to secure and they Never did! we did contact Joe several times only to be told that we did not request this service and that he never told us he would secure the docks to the shoreline. Why would we want to Leave floating docks tied to a tree and a deck, this is completely unacceptable!!!
